All orders are subject to dress availability and final approval. We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors or fraud prevention.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices in USD (exclusive of taxes/duties)
• Accepted payment methods:
  ✓ Visa/Mastercard/Amex
  ✓ PayPal
  ✓ Klarna financing

3. Special Order Items

• Made-to-order dresses require 50% non-refundable deposit
• Production time: 12-16 weeks
• No cancellations after 72 hours

4. Shipping Policy

• Signature required for all deliveries
• International duties are customer’s responsibility
• Lost packages must be reported within 14 days

5. Returns & Alterations

• Standard return window: 7 days
• All dresses must be:
  ✓ Unworn/unaltered
  ✓ With original tags
  ✓ In protective garment bag

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, and fabric patterns are copyrighted property. Sharing measurements/designs with third-party manufacturers is prohibited.

7. Event Guarantee

While we expedite rush orders, we cannot guarantee delivery for specific event dates.
